Hello from Peggy

Hello, I'm Peggy – a live wedding illustrator based in the lovely Cheshire countryside.

Drawing has always been my happy place. One of my earliest memories is being three years old, sitting quietly with a piece of paper and a pen, completely lost in my own little world of doodles. That quiet joy of creating has stayed with me ever since.

For years, I searched for what I truly wanted to draw. Then I realised – what brings me the most joy isn’t just the art itself, but the reactions it sparks. There’s something magical about sketching someone and seeing their face light up the moment they see it. It’s instant, real, and so rewarding.

Weddings are full of those moments – laughter, love, fabulous outfits and teary eyes. So I thought, why not capture that magic in a different way? I pop up at weddings with my iPad in hand, sketching guests live – creating personal, joy-filled keepsakes they can take home on the day.

This little business is my way of sharing the joy of art, one sketch at a time. It’s also a reminder to my daughter that it’s never too late to follow your dreams, and that what makes your heart happy matters.
