Live Wedding Illustration – £450

A perfect little extra for your big day – simple, sweet, and full of charm.

Ideal for smaller weddings, intimate gatherings, or a delightful surprise during your drinks reception.

What’s included:

🎨 Live guest portraits on the day
Each sketch is drawn on the spot and instantly printed for your guests to take home.
(Printed on premium 300gsm A6 card, individually packed in protective sleeves)

👥 Up to 2 guests per portrait
For groups of 3 or more, I’ll take a photo and complete the sketch afterwards in my studio.

🕒 3 to 4 hours of live sketching
Includes a short 15–30 min break (not counted as sketching time)
Typically covers around 25–30 guests.

🏠 Studio finishing session
Any portraits not finished on the day will be lovingly completed afterwards and posted to you, at no extra charge.

💑 A free couple portrait before the wedding
Send me a favourite photo about one month before the big day, and I’ll create a sketch of you both in your wedding attire to display at my table – a personal touch your guests will adore.

Travel Info

We based in Cheshire and love a good road trip - we travel all over the UK for weddings and events!

No Travel Fee within 30 miles of CW8

For venues beyond that, travel is charged at £0.45 per mile

For events further afield, travel and overnight accommodation (if needed) will be factored into your final quote

Let's keep it simple and transparent - we'll always confirm travel costs before you book, no surprises.

Important Booking Details

A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to reserve your date

The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event to secure your booking

Each guest illustration takes approx. 18~25 minutes - they may be speedy sketches, but they're still lovingly detailed!
